Staff was generally friendly, room was clean and well laid out, fabric shower curtain stayed in place when using the shower and didn't cling like other materials. Generous spirit 'measures' great nibbles with drinks.

The hotel was very attractive and in a very nice location, we stayed just one night en route for the North, the breakfast was very good, We shall return as we believe it will be a very convenient hotel for a visit to Madrid.

Excellent location near train station also has supermarket and other restaurants nearby if one does not wish to eat in Staff were happy to look after my suitcase when working.

Comfortable and everything worked well. Bathroom was well appointed and the shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was not included in price but was not an expensive extra and entirely acceptable. Functional accommodation at a reasonable price including WiFi.

Easy to find from Tres Cantos Station, a 5 minute walk. Safe, secure neighborhood for single travelers. Staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Lovely, family park opposite and supermarket next door.
